PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:
5XFC seed air screen cleaning and grading machine is a primary cleaning machine widely used in grain cleaning for all kind grains and cereals, like wheat, maize, paddy, soybeans, sunflower seeds, Peas, chickpeas, millet, sorghum, etc. and so on.
This air screen cleaning machine adopt closed air cleaning system, dust and light impurity are removed by blowing fan. The seeds falls to the screen sifter and separated by sieves according to the width and thickness difference. All the oversize and smaller size impurities will be discharged out.
FEATURES：
The air screen cleaning machine have three main parts: bucket elevator, air dust aspirator fan and screen sifter.
1. Bucket elevator system: Adopt double cylinder ultra-low speed elevator, makes the crushing rate is less than 0.1%.
2. Air dust aspirator fan: blowing fan with aspirator, closed system air dust system with two times cleaning, it makes full use of the principle of wind sorting , can effectively separate straws awns, dust and other kinds of light impurities
3. Screen sifter: sift out the big size and small size impurities according to the seed geometry size (length, width, thickness). and also can dividing seeds into 2-4 levels by changing screens.
